Wrap the cuff around the left wrist with the display on the palm side; the upper edge of the cuff should be about 1 cm from the palm line. Sit upright with the forearm supported so the unit is at heart level. Keep upright and relaxed, then press the on/off key to start automatic measurement. Powered by two No.7 (AAA) alkaline batteries, 3 V. Fits wrist circumference about 135-195 mm.
