Zyloric 300 mg

Indication

Used to reduce the production of uric acid in the treatment of gout and other conditions associated with excess uric acid (hyperuricaemia), including certain kidney stones.

Ingredients

• Allopurinol 300 mg

Direction

Oral route. Swallow the tablets whole with a large glass of water, after a meal, or as directed by a doctor.

Side effects

• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use and stop if irritation or allergy occurs.

Precautions

• Prescription only (Liste I). Use only under medical supervision.
• Do not use during pregnancy except where no therapeutic alternative exists.
• Contains lactose.
• Stop and seek medical advice immediately if a skin rash develops
• as serious skin reactions can occur.
