Almex 400 mg

Indication

Treatment of single or mixed intestinal worm infections caused by roundworm (Ascaris lumbricoides), whipworm (Trichuris trichiura), hookworm (Ancylostoma duodenale, Necator americanus), pinworm/threadworm (Enterobius vermicularis), tapeworm (Taenia species) and Strongyloides stercoralis. Also used in giardiasis in children over 2 years.

Ingredients

• Albendazole 400 mg

Direction

Adults and children over 2 years: 400 mg (one tablet) as a single dose for most intestinal worm infections. For strongyloidiasis or taeniasis, 400 mg once daily for 3 consecutive days. Children 12-24 months: 200 mg (half a tablet) as a single dose. Take as directed by a doctor or pharmacist.
