Indication

Relieves symptoms of common cold (nasal discharge/congestion, sneezing, throat pain, cough, sputum, chills, fever, headache, arthralgia and myalgia) in children.

Ingredients

• Acetaminophen 650 mg
• Chlorpheniramine Maleate 4.15 mg
• Dextromethorphan HBr 26.65 mg

• Methylephedrine HCl 33.3 mg
• Guaifenesin 140 mg
• Thiamine Nitrate 10 mg
• Riboflavin 5 mg

Direction

Take adequate dose at 4 hours interval, every after meal and at bed time as needed. 15 years or older: 30 mL; 11-15 years: 20 mL; 7-11 years: 15 mL; 3-7 years: 10 mL; 1-3 years: 7.5 mL; 3 months to 1 year: 5 mL. Not recommended under 3 months.
