Indication

Food supplement to supplement calcium and vitamin D, supporting bone and teeth development and helping prevent osteoporosis, particularly in the elderly, pregnant and lactating women, and children in the growth stage.

Ingredients

• Calcium carbonate 400 mg
• Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) 200 IU

Direction

Take orally with a large amount of water, 15-30 minutes before a meal. Children 4-18 years: 1 soft capsule x 2 times/day. Adults 19-50 years, pregnant and lactating women: 1 soft capsule x 2-3 times/day. Elderly 51 years and older: 2 soft capsules x 1 time/day.
