Indication

Comprehensive nutritional support before conception, throughout pregnancy and during breast-feeding. Provides recommended levels of folic acid and vitamin D plus high-purity Omega-3 (300 mg DHA); maternal DHA intake contributes to the normal brain and eye development of the foetus.

Direction

One tablet (green blister) per day, plus one capsule (pink blister) per day. Swallow each with water or a cold drink and take with a main meal. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed recommended intake. To be taken only on a full stomach.
