Indication

Treatment of magnesium deficiency, whether isolated or associated with other deficiencies. Helps relieve symptoms such as nervousness, irritability, mild anxiety, fatigue and muscle cramps related to magnesium deficiency.

Ingredients

• Magnesium lactate dihydrate 470 mg
• Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 5 mg

Direction

Adults: 6 to 8 tablets per day in 2 to 3 divided doses. Children over 6 years: 4 to 6 tablets per day in 2 to 3 divided doses. Take with a glass of water during meals. Or as directed by a physician.
