Indication

Ciprofloxacin is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic used to treat a variety of bacterial infections, including urinary tract, respiratory tract, gastrointestinal, skin, soft tissue, bone and joint infections caused by susceptible organisms.

Ingredients

• Ciprofloxacin 500 mg (as ciprofloxacin hydrochloride)

Direction

Oral use. Dosage according to physician's advice. Store below 30°C. Do not use after the expiry date. Please read instructions for use carefully.

Precautions

• Fluoroquinolones
• including ciprofloxacin
• are associated with an increased risk of tendinitis and tendon rupture in all ages
• risk is increased in older patients over 60
• patients taking corticosteroids
• and patients with kidney
• heart or lung transplants. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use and stop if irritation or allergy occurs.
