Indication

A multivitamin and mineral supplement that supports women's nutritional needs through all stages of planning a family, from preparing for conception and throughout pregnancy. Provides folic acid to help reduce the risk of neural tube defects, iron to help prevent iron deficiency, and iodine to assist baby's brain development.

Direction

Take one tablet daily while trying to conceive and throughout pregnancy. Take the whole tablet with water, preferably with a meal. If suffering morning sickness, take at midday or in the evening.
