Indication
- Chronic Hepatitis B infection - HIV-1 infection management - Prevention of HIV after exposure
Ingredients
- Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate
Direction
Take one tablet orally once daily. It can be taken with or without food, though consistency is recommended.
Side effects

- Renal impairment
Precautions
- Monitor renal function regularly
- Risk of lactic acidosis
- Severe hepatomegaly with steatosis
