Indication
- Dry cough relief - Nasal congestion - Sneezing and runny nose - Allergic rhinitis symptoms - Common cold symptoms
Ingredients
- Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide
- Chlorpheniramine Maleate
- and Phenylephrine Hydrochloride
Direction
Take orally, usually 2 to 3 times daily or as directed by a physician. Use a measuring cup for liquid forms to ensure accurate dosing.

- Drowsiness

- Dry mouth
- Blurred vision
- Nausea or stomach upset
Precautions
- May cause significant drowsiness
