Indication
- Helicobacter pylori eradication - Peptic ulcer disease treatment - Chronic gastritis management - Prevention of ulcer recurrence
Ingredients
- Amoxicillin
- Clarithromycin
- and Omeprazole
Direction
Take one dose (one PPI capsule and two antibiotic tablets) in the morning and one dose in the evening for 7 to 14 days. Swallow tablets whole with water.
Side effects
- Diarrhea or loose stools
- Metallic or altered taste
- Nausea and vomiting
- Abdominal pain or bloating
- Skin rash or itching
- Headache
Precautions
- History of penicillin allergy
- Hypersensitivity to macrolide antibiotics
- Severe liver or kidney disease
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding consultation
- Interaction with warfarin or digoxin
