Indication
- Vitamin C deficiency and scurvy - Support for immune system health - Antioxidant protection from oxidative stress - Promoting collagen synthesis and wound healing - Improving iron absorption from diet
Ingredients
- Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C)
Direction
Take orally, preferably with a meal for better absorption. Usually 1 tablet once or twice daily as needed.

- Diarrhea or abdominal cramps

- Heartburn
- Increased risk of kidney stones
Precautions
- History of calcium oxalate kidney stones
- Patients with glucose
