Indication

- Post-operative inflammation and swelling - Edema associated with traumatic injury - Chronic sinusitis or respiratory congestion - Musculoskeletal pain and inflammation - Promoting clearance of respiratory secretions

Ingredients

• Serratiopeptidase (Serrapeptase)

Direction

Take orally on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before or 2 hours after meals. Swallowing the tablet whole is recommended to ensure efficacy.

Side effects

• Gastrointestinal discomfort
• Nausea or vomiting
• Anorexia (loss of appetite)
• Skin rash or redness
• Occasional nosebleeds

Precautions

• Patients with blood coagulation disorders
• Severe liver or kidney impairment
• Discontinue use before major surgery
• Concurrent use with anticoagulants (warfarin)
• Possible allergic reaction in sensitive individuals
