Indication
- Respiratory tract infections - Skin and soft tissue infections - Urogenital infections - Tonsillitis and pharyngitis - Acute bronchitis - Pneumonia - Sinusitis
Ingredients
- Roxithromycin
Direction
Take orally on an empty stomach, preferably 15 to 30 minutes before meals. Usually administered as one tablet twice daily for the duration prescribed by a doctor.
Side effects
- Nausea and vomiting
- Abdominal pain
- Diarrhea
- Skin rashes or itching
- Headache and dizziness
Precautions
- Hypersensitivity to macrolide antibiotics
- History of liver dysfunction
- Avoid use with ergot alkaloids
- Patients with QT interval prolongation
- Severe renal impairment caution
