Indication
- Hypertension (high blood pressure) - Chronic stable angina - Vasospastic (Prinzmetal's) angina
Ingredients
- Amlodipine (as Besylate)
Direction
Take orally once daily, ideally at the same time each day. Can be taken with or without food.
Side effects
- Peripheral edema (swollen ankles)
- Headache
- Dizziness
- Flushing
- Palpitations
- Fatigue
Precautions
- Severe liver impairment
- Recent heart attack
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Severe aortic stenosis
- History of hypotension
