Indication
- Hypertension (high blood pressure) - Chronic stable angina - Vasospastic (Prinzmetal's) angina
Ingredients
- Amlodipine
Direction
Take orally once daily. Can be taken with or without food, preferably at the same time each day.
Side effects
- Peripheral edema (swelling of ankles/feet)
- Headache
- Flushing
- Dizziness
- Tiredness or fatigue
Precautions
- Liver function impairment
- Severe aortic stenosis
- Heart failure monitoring
- Avoid grapefruit juice
- Monitor blood pressure regularly
