Indication
- Prevention of heart attack - Prevention of stroke - Peripheral arterial disease - Recent myocardial infarction - Recent ischemic stroke - Acute coronary syndrome
Ingredients
- Clopidogrel
Direction
Take one tablet orally once daily. May be taken with or without food.
Side effects
- Easy bruising
- Nosebleeds
- Gastrointestinal bleeding
- Abdominal pain
- Diarrhea
- Indigestion
Precautions
- Increased risk of severe bleeding
- Stop 5 days before surgery
- Avoid with active stomach ulcers
- Severe liver impairment warnings
- Drug interaction with omeprazole
