Indication
- Urinary tract muscle spasms - Painful or difficult urination - Frequent nighttime urination - Urgent need to urinate - Suprapubic pain and incontinence - Symptoms of cystitis or prostatitis
Ingredients
- Flavoxate Hydrochloride
Direction
Take orally three to four times daily. Tablets should be swallowed whole, preferably after meals to minimize gastric upset.
Side effects
- Nausea and vomiting
- Dryness of the mouth
- Blurred vision
- Drowsiness or vertigo
- Allergic skin reactions
- Increased heart rate
Precautions
- Contraindicated in obstructive uropathies
- Avoid in gastrointestinal obstructions
- Use caution with glaucoma
- May cause drowsiness or dizziness
- Not recommended for children under twelve
