Indication
- Respiratory tract infections - Urinary tract infections - Skin and soft tissue infections - Otitis media (middle ear infection) - Bone and joint infections - Dental infections
Ingredients
- Cephalexin (Cefalexin)
Direction
Take orally with or without food. Usually administered every 6 to 12 hours for 7-14 days as prescribed by a doctor.
Side effects
- Diarrhea
- Nausea
- Vomiting
- Skin rash
- Abdominal pain
- Vaginal itching or discharge
Precautions
- Allergic reaction to cephalosporins
- Cross
- sensitivity with penicillin allergy
- Kidney disease (renal impairment)
- History of gastrointestinal disease (colitis)
- Complete full course of treatment
