Indication
- Hypertension (high blood pressure) - Management of chronic stable angina
Ingredients
- Nicardipine hydrochloride
Direction
Take orally twice daily. Swallow the capsule whole with water and do not crush or chew.
Side effects
- Headache
- Peripheral edema (swollen ankles)
- Flushing
- Dizziness
- Palpitations
- Nausea
Precautions
- Avoid consumption of grapefruit juice
- Caution in patients with liver impairment
- Monitor blood pressure regularly
- Caution in patients with heart failure
- Not recommended during pregnancy
