Direction

Apply by wrapping around the affected area or over a primary dressing. Ensure the bandage is firm enough to stay in place but not so tight that it restricts blood circulation.

Side effects

• Potential skin irritation or allergy
• Restricted blood flow if applied tightly
• Swelling below the bandaged area

Precautions

• Do not apply with excessive tension
• Monitor for numbness or tingling
• Check for skin discoloration below bandage
• Replace if it becomes wet or soiled
• Not for direct contact with open wounds
