Indication
- Acute gout attacks - Prevention of gout flares - Familial Mediterranean fever
Ingredients
- Colchicine
Direction
Take orally with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole with water as directed by a doctor.
Side effects
- Diarrhea
- Nausea
- Vomiting
- Abdominal pain
Precautions
- Avoid with severe kidney disease
- Avoid with severe liver disease
- Do not combine with CYP3A4 inhibitors
- Avoid grapefruit and grapefruit juice
