Indication
- Hypertension - Angina pectoris - Cardiac arrhythmias - Migraine prophylaxis - Essential tremor - Myocardial infarction prophylaxis - Pheochromocytoma management
Ingredients
- Propranolol Hydrochloride
Direction
Take orally with water, preferably before meals or at bedtime. Maintain a consistent daily schedule and do not crush or chew the tablet.
Side effects
- Bradycardia and hypotension
- Bronchospasm in susceptible patients
- Cold extremities or Raynaud's
- Dizziness
- fatigue
- and headache
- Sleep disturbances or nightmares
- Nausea
- vomiting
- and diarrhea
Precautions
- Contraindicated in bronchial asthma
- Contraindicated in cardiogenic shock
- Contraindicated in myasthenia gravis
- Avoid abrupt drug withdrawal
- Avoid in severe bradycardia
- Avoid in Raynaud's syndrome
