Indication
- Nausea and vomiting - Gastric motility disorders - Diabetic gastroparesis - Feeling of fullness and bloating - Upper abdominal discomfort
Ingredients
- Domperidone
Direction
Take orally 15 to 30 minutes before meals. Usually 1 tablet up to three times per day with a maximum daily dose of 30mg.
Side effects
- Dry mouth
- Headache
- Diarrhea
- Abdominal cramps
- Drowsiness
- Breast tenderness or discharge
Precautions
- Not for patients with heart conditions
- Avoid with QT
- prolonging medications
- Contraindicated in gastrointestinal hemorrhage
- Use caution in hepatic impairment
- Not for patients with prolactinoma
