Indication
- Seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis - Chronic idiopathic urticaria - Relief of runny, itchy nose - Relief of sneezing and watery eyes
Ingredients
- Cetirizine dihydrochloride
Direction
Take orally once daily. Adults and children 6 years and older take 10 ml (10 mg) daily, while children 2 to 5 years take 2.5 ml to 5 ml daily.
Side effects
- Somnolence or drowsiness
- Dry mouth
- Fatigue or tiredness
- Headache
- Dizziness
- Gastrointestinal discomfort
Precautions
- Avoid alcohol and sedatives during use
- Caution in patients with kidney impairment
- May cause drowsiness or mild somnolence
- Caution in patients prone to urinary retention
- Do not use if allergic to hydroxyzine
