Indication

Treatment of essential hypertension and/or stable coronary artery disease as substitution therapy in adult patients already controlled with perindopril and amlodipine given at the same dose levels.

Ingredients

• Perindopril arginine 5 mg
• Amlodipine besilate equivalent to Amlodipine 5 mg

Direction

As directed by the physician. Usually one tablet once daily, preferably in the morning before a meal. Swallow whole with water.

Side effects

• May cause dizziness
• headache
• cough
• ankle swelling (oedema)
• flushing
• tiredness and palpitations. If you experience any side effects
• consult a doctor or pharmacist.

Precautions

• Contraindicated in pregnancy
• particularly the second and third trimesters. Use with caution in renal or hepatic impairment and in patients with heart failure. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
