Diabetmin 500 mg

Indication

An oral antidiabetic (biguanide) used to control high blood sugar in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, particularly in overweight patients, alongside diet and exercise.

Ingredients

• Metformin hydrochloride 500 mg

Direction

For oral use. Take as directed by the physician, usually with or after meals. Refer to the package insert for dosage and other information.

Side effects

• May cause nausea
• diarrhea
• abdominal discomfort
• loss of appetite or a metallic taste
• especially at the start of treatment. If you experience any side effects

Precautions
