Indication
- Mouth ulcers (aphthous ulcers) - Oral inflammatory lesions - Dental sore spots - Ulcerative conditions of oral mucosa
Ingredients
- Triamcinolone Acetonide
Direction
Apply a small dab to the affected oral area at bedtime to allow medication to work overnight. Do not rub the paste into the skin; allow it to form a thin protective film.
Side effects
- Local burning or itching
- Secondary oral infections
- Skin thinning with prolonged use
- Allergic contact dermatitis
Precautions
- Contraindicated in oral viral infections
- Contraindicated in oral fungal infections
- Do not use in the eyes
- Discontinue if irritation occurs
