Indication

Antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections such as urinary tract, respiratory tract, skin, bone and gastrointestinal infections.

Ingredients

• Ciprofloxacin 500 mg (as ciprofloxacin hydrochloride)

Precautions

• Subject to medical prescription. Fluoroquinolones
• including ciprofloxacin
• are associated with an increased risk of tendinitis and tendon rupture
• especially in patients over 60 years
• those taking corticosteroids
