Indication

Thyroid hormone replacement therapy for hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid) and treatment or prevention of goitre.

Ingredients

• Levothyroxine sodium 75 µg

Direction

Take one tablet once daily in the morning on an empty stomach, or as prescribed by a doctor.

Side effects

• If the dose is too high
• symptoms of excess thyroid hormone may occur
• such as palpitations
• rapid heartbeat
• insomnia
• sweating or weight loss. If you experience any side effects
• consult a doctor or pharmacist.

Precautions

• Use with caution in patients with heart disease
• high blood pressure
• diabetes or adrenal problems. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use
• especially if pregnant
• breastfeeding or taking other medicines.
