Indication

Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) and chronic stable angina (chest pain).

Ingredients

• Amlodipine besylate equivalent to Amlodipine 5 mg

Direction

As directed by the physician; usual adult dose is one tablet (5 mg) once daily.

Side effects

• May include ankle or leg swelling
• flushing
• headache
• dizziness
• palpitations
• and tiredness. If any side effects occur
• consult a doctor or pharmacist.

Precautions

• Use with caution in severe liver impairment
• severe low blood pressure
