Indication

Treatment of essential hypertension as substitution therapy in patients already controlled with perindopril, indapamide and amlodipine taken at the same dose levels.

Ingredients

• Perindopril arginine 10 mg
• Indapamide 2.5 mg
• Amlodipine 5 mg

Direction

Adults: one tablet once daily, preferably in the morning before a meal. Swallow whole with water. Use as directed by a physician; only on medical prescription.

Side effects

• May cause dizziness
• headache
• ankle swelling
• cough
• or low potassium. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if side effects occur or persist.

Precautions

• Not for use in pregnancy or breastfeeding. Use with caution in kidney or liver impairment and electrolyte disturbances. Do not take with certain potassium
• sparing or lithium medicines without advice. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
