Vastarel OD 80 mg

Indication

Add-on therapy for the symptomatic treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris who are inadequately controlled by or intolerant to first-line antianginal therapies.

Ingredients

• Trimetazidine dihydrochloride 80 mg

Direction

One prolonged-release capsule (80 mg) once daily, swallowed whole with a meal, or as directed by a physician.

Side effects

• May include dizziness
• headache
• abdominal discomfort
• nausea
• and movement disorders such as parkinsonian symptoms
• tremor or unsteadiness. If any side effects occur
• consult a doctor or pharmacist.

Precautions

• Not recommended in Parkinson's disease
• parkinsonian symptoms
• tremors
• restless leg syndrome
• other related movement disorders
• or severe renal impairment. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
