Indication

Treatment of essential hypertension in adults whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled by telmisartan alone.

Ingredients

• Telmisartan 40 mg
• Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg

As directed by the physician.

Side effects

• May cause dizziness
• low blood pressure
• increased potassium or reduced sodium levels and fatigue. If you experience any adverse effects

Precautions

• Prescription drug. When pregnancy is detected
• telmisartan should be discontinued as soon as possible as it can cause injury and even death to the developing fetus when used in the second and third trimesters. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
