Indication

A combination diuretic used to treat fluid retention (oedema) associated with congestive heart failure, liver cirrhosis and kidney disease, and to help control high blood pressure.

Ingredients

• Spironolactone 50 mg
• Furosemide 20 mg

Side effects

• May cause increased urination
• dizziness
• low blood pressure
• and changes in blood potassium levels. If you experience muscle cramps
• irregular heartbeat or persistent symptoms
• consult a doctor or pharmacist.

Precautions

• Not for use in severe kidney failure
• anuria or high blood potassium. Your doctor may monitor your kidney function and electrolytes. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if pregnant
• breastfeeding or if you have any medical condition.
