Indication
A combination diuretic used to treat fluid retention (oedema) associated with congestive heart failure, liver cirrhosis and kidney disease, and to help control high blood pressure.
Ingredients
- Spironolactone 50 mg
- Furosemide 20 mg

Side effects
- May cause increased urination
- dizziness
- low blood pressure
- and changes in blood potassium levels. If you experience muscle cramps
- irregular heartbeat or persistent symptoms
- consult a doctor or pharmacist.
Precautions
- Not for use in severe kidney failure
- anuria or high blood potassium. Your doctor may monitor your kidney function and electrolytes. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if pregnant
- breastfeeding or if you have any medical condition.
