Twynsta 80 mg / 5 mg

Indication

Treatment of high blood pressure (hypertension) in adults whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled on telmisartan or amlodipine alone.

Ingredients

• Telmisartan 80 mg
• Amlodipine 5 mg

Direction

Take one tablet once daily by mouth, or as directed by a physician.

Side effects

• May cause dizziness
• swelling of the ankles (oedema)
• sleepiness or palpitations. If side effects occur or persist
• consult a doctor or pharmacist.

Precautions

• Do not use during pregnancy
• especially in the second and third trimesters. Use with caution in patients with kidney or liver disease. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
