Indication

Long-term management of gout and conditions associated with excess uric acid, to lower uric acid levels and prevent gout attacks and urate kidney stones.

Ingredients

• Allopurinol 100 mg

Direction

Swallow the tablets whole with a large glass of water, after a meal, as prescribed by the doctor.

Side effects

• May cause skin rash
• nausea or digestive upset

Precautions

• Drink plenty of fluids. Use with caution in kidney or liver impairment and not during a sudden acute gout attack. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use
