Candid-B 1% / 0.025%

Indication

Broad-spectrum antifungal combined with a topical corticosteroid, with anti-inflammatory and antipruritic action. Used for fungal skin infections associated with inflammation and itching, such as tinea (ringworm), athlete's foot, jock itch and cutaneous candidiasis.

Ingredients

• Clotrimazole USP 1% w/w
• Beclometasone Dipropionate BP 0.025% w/w (Anhydrous)

Direction

For external application only. Apply to the affected area as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.

Side effects

• May cause local burning
• stinging
• itching
• irritation or skin thinning. Prolonged use of the corticosteroid component may cause skin atrophy or striae. If irritation persists
• discontinue use and consult a doctor or pharmacist.

Precautions

• For external application only. Avoid contact with eyes. Prolonged use should be avoided due to the corticosteroid content. Store below 30°C and protect from light. Keep out of reach of children. Use as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
