Nasal Spray 0.05%

Indication

Nasal decongestant. Temporarily relieves nasal congestion due to the common cold, hay fever, upper respiratory allergies and sinusitis; reduces swelling of nasal passages, shrinks swollen membranes and temporarily restores freer breathing through the nose.

Ingredients

• Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride 0.05% (5 mg / 15 ml)

Direction

Shake well before use. Adults and children 6 to under 12 years (with adult supervision): 2 or 3 sprays in each nostril, not more often than every 10 to 12 hours. Do not exceed 2 doses in any 24-hour period. Children under 6 years: ask a doctor.

Side effects

• Temporary discomfort such as burning
• stinging
• sneezing or an increase in nasal discharge may occur. If side effects persist
• consult a doctor or pharmacist.

Precautions

• Do not use for more than 3 days. Ask a doctor before use if you have heart disease
• high blood pressure
• thyroid disease
• diabetes
• or difficulty in urination due to enlargement of the prostate. Do not exceed the recommended dosage
• use of this container by more than one person may spread infection. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
