Indication

Relief of symptoms associated with gastric hyperacidity such as gastric and duodenal ulcer, gastritis, heartburn, stomach upset, nausea and flatulence.

Ingredients

• Aluminium hydroxide dried gel 300 mg
• Magnesium hydroxide 300 mg
• Simethicone 80 mg

Direction

Shake before use. Adults: 1-2 sachets, 3-4 times a day. Children (6-12 years): 1 sachet, 3-4 times a day. Take when symptoms occur, 30-60 minutes before or after meals and at bedtime.

Side effects

• May cause constipation
• diarrhoea
• nausea or vomiting
• symptoms usually disappear on stopping the medicine. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if side effects occur or persist.

Precautions

• Do not use in patients with severe kidney failure or renal insufficiency. Not recommended for children under 6 years or for use longer than 2 weeks without medical advice. May affect the absorption of tetracycline and cimetidine
