Indication
Activated charcoal food supplement to help reduce bloating, difficult digestion and flatulence, contributing to digestive comfort. Activated charcoal helps reduce excessive flatulence after eating.
Ingredients
- Activated vegetable charcoal 400 mg per tablet (1200 mg per 3
- tablet dose)
Direction
Chew 3 tablets (equivalent to 1.2 g of charcoal) at least 30 minutes before a meal, then swallow with a little water. To reduce excessive flatulence, also chew 3 tablets just after a meal. Take the charcoal at least 2 hours before taking any other medication. Do not exceed 6 tablets (2.4 g) per day.

Precautions
- Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use for prolonged periods without specialist advice. Not to be used in children or pregnant/breast
