Ingredients

• Passionflower extract 100 mg (per 2 gummies)
• Chamomile extract 40 mg
• Lemon balm extract 40 mg
• Melatonin 4 mg
• Vitamin B6 1.9 mg

Direction

Take 2 gummies about 30 minutes before bedtime. The beneficial effect on falling asleep is obtained with the intake of 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
