Indication
- Hypertension - Chronic stable angina pectoris - Vasospastic (Prinzmetal's) angina
Ingredients
- Amlodipine
Direction
Take orally once daily, with or without food, at the same time each day.
Side effects
- Ankle swelling (edema)
- Headache
- Dizziness
- Somnolence (sleepiness)
- Palpitations
- Flushing
- Abdominal pain
- Nausea
- Fatigue
Precautions
- Allergic to amlodipine or calcium antagonists
- Severe low blood pressure (hypotension)
- Narrowing of the aortic heart valve
- Heart failure after a heart attack
- Liver disease or hepatic impairment
