Indication
- High blood pressure (hypertension) - Chronic stable angina (chest pain) - Vasospastic (Prinzmetal's) angina
Ingredients
- Amlodipine
Direction
Take orally once daily, with or without food. Try to take it at the same time every day.
Side effects
- Swelling of ankles or feet (edema)
- Headache or dizziness
- Fatigue or tiredness
- Nausea or abdominal pain
- Sleepiness or somnolence
Precautions
- Avoid consuming grapefruit or grapefruit juice
- Do not stop taking medicine abruptly
- Inform doctor of liver or heart conditions
- Consult doctor if pregnant or breastfeeding
- Monitor blood pressure regularly during treatment
