Amdocal Plus 50 Amlodipine 5 mg + Atenolol 50 mg

Indication

- Hypertension uncontrolled by monotherapy - Co-existing angina and hypertension - Post-myocardial infarction management - Refractory angina pectoris

Ingredients

• Amlodipine and Atenolol

Direction

Take one tablet orally daily, or as prescribed by a physician. It can be taken with or without food, preferably at the same time each day.

Side effects

• Fatigue and tiredness
• Headache
• Peripheral edema
• Nausea
• Drowsiness
• Cold extremities

Precautions

• Hypersensitivity to either component
• Avoid abrupt withdrawal of therapy
• Caution in asthma or airway obstruction
• Caution in renal or hepatic impairment
• Contraindicated in cardiogenic shock
• Contraindicated in severe bradycardia
