- Hypertension - Chronic stable angina - Vasospastic angina
Ingredients
- Amlodipine
Direction
Take orally with or without food. Usually taken once daily at the same time each day.
Side effects
- Ankle swelling (edema)
- Headache
- Dizziness
- Sleepiness
- Tiredness
- Nausea
- Flushing
Precautions
- Contraindicated in severe aortic stenosis
- Contraindicated in obstructive cardiomyopathy
- Contraindicated in Left Ventricular failure
- Caution in liver or kidney impairment
- Avoid consuming grapefruit juice
- Consult doctor if pregnant or breastfeeding
