Indication

- Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) - Erosive esophagitis healing and maintenance - Gastric and duodenal ulcers - H. pylori eradication in combination with antibiotics - Zollinger-Ellison syndrome - Prevention of NSAID-induced gastric ulcers

Ingredients

Direction

Take orally once daily, 30 to 60 minutes before a meal. Swallow capsules whole; do not crush or chew.

Dry mouth

Precautions

May mask symptoms of gastric malignancy
Long
term use increases bone fracture risk
Risk of Clostridium difficile
associated diarrhea
Potential for Vitamin B12 malabsorption
