Indication
- Urinary tract infections - Lower respiratory tract infections - Skin and soft tissue infections - Bone and joint infections - Intra-abdominal infections - Septicemia - Typhoid fever

Direction
Administer by slow intravenous infusion over 30 minutes. Must be administered by a healthcare professional.

Precautions
- Risk of tendon rupture
- Avoid in myasthenia gravis
- Risk of peripheral neuropathy
- Risk of QT prolongation
- Contraindicated with tizanidine
- Hypersensitivity to quinolones
